What truly stood out was their Social Services team — they were absolutely phenomenal. The social services staff went above and beyond to ensure that every concern was addressed promptly and thoroughly. They communicated clearly, advocated appropriately, and made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and supported. In support of my childhood friend I came along for the tour for her father. I've been in several different facilities over the past few years and I was so impressed with the cleanliness of Cypress Care. The staff were attentive and answered all questions she had, without the normal hesitation. From the first hello to the final thank you for the tour we felt the heart of the staff and witnessed how deeply they care for the residents. I know it sounds cliche but these days it's really easy to spot the feel of family in a company, regardless of what service they offer, here it was quick to see. Isn't that what we all look for when considering a facility for our loved ones?? If you are considering you should schedule a tour, you won't be disappointed.

The therapy team at this skilled nursing facility provides excellent care. The therapists are knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly focused on helping patients regain strength and independence. Communication is clear, goals are individualized, and progress is consistently encouraged. The environment is clean, organized, and welcoming. Highly recommend their rehab services.

The administrator does an amazing job running the facility. They are approachable, attentive, and genuinely care about residents, families, and staff. You can see the difference strong leadership can make. The building is clean, well-managed, and the team works together smoothly.

My father was transferred here in April and since then the staff has been amazing. My father looks really well, and the doctors and nursing staff has been keeping me up-to-date with everything even as simple as a small cough. Activities Director sends me pictures of my father doing crafts and videos of him dancing and having fun which I love.
