CVS Specialty Pharmacy

If I could give them a 0 I would. Absolutely ridiculous! 6 weeks and I still don't have my prescription. One day they admit fault then the next day they blame you and eveyone else. This issue with my script is a simple data entry error on their part. My self, my doc, and my insurance have spent hours on the phone with them. One second they say it's resolved then send an email that it's not. Absolutely shameful. Go somewhere else if you can!

Haven't once had a problem getting my liver rejection meds on time. Customer service is always helpful and polite.

Overall they’re okay, they supply me my oral Chemo drug which has strict guidelines for when I take the pills. In 30 months they have been late just once, but twice the insurance information has fallen thru the cracks which required ME to call them and ask why my meds were delayed. Their customer service rep was able to fix the issue, and apologized for their not notifying me there was an issue. Today, i got my meds, plus another surprise - two ants inside the box….. thank God my meds were sealed in a plastic bag. I hipe their NJ facility is sterile

If you read through the reviews, people depend on your pharmacy for life-sustaining medications, and your business practices as a healthcare company are unacceptable. I have dealt with many specialty pharmacies over the past 5+ years and have never had such a poor experience as I've had with CVS Specialty Pharmacy. Unfortunately my insurance requires me to fill with you and therefore I am subject to the horrible system at CVS. I was recently contacted by the automated system that my medication was due for delivery. I filled the prescription, picked a delivery date, and a week later was contacted that my order would be cancelled because I needed refills. I

"CVS Caremark Specialty Pharmacy" DOES NOT CARE AT ALL about one's health. At least three times now I could have DIED FROM CVS. They run out of my life-or-death epilepsy medications and liver transplant immunosuppressant medications. They don't even tell me that they've run out or are running low! CVS sends medications up to 3 days late. CVS sends me somebody else's medication, making me out of my drug for days (and whoever wanted their meds were out of them). They tell me that they want a new prescription when my doctor already sent one twice the previous week. And much more. CVS is NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
