CVS Specialty Pharmacy

I was recently told by my new insurance company (Oscar) that the mail order company that is in-network for my plan was CVSCarmark; so I had to switch to them. Well they are HORRIBLE! I've had several interactions with them and each interaction was full of errors. 1 - When transferring my prescriptions from ExpressScripts to them, they assured me they would not process the automatic refill until it was due. Instead they processed it immediately. I was able to stop it, but then they canceled the two scripts completely and I was told the doctor would have to issue new prescriptions for the renewals. 2 - When it was time for the renewals, my doctor wrote two scripts. One script was for a 90-day supply of medicine and another was for a 30-day supply of a new medicine. The reason he sent over

I opened an escalation ticket yesterday for the issue of missing package I was advised that someone would contact me back. That didn’t happen however when I did call the customer service this morning I spoke with some amazing staff in the resolutions department that made a miracle happen today. I was in desperate need of a shot I had to inject same day and I was completely out of medication. The resolution team partnered with the escalated complaints department and my patient advocate to assist me. I spoke with, Nisha, Dante, and finally Brittany will would not get off the phone with me until she assured that my prescription was transferred locally. Nisha and Dante called me back constantly with status updates on my case. This was a difficult day however people who cared made it better.

It’s very stressful to use CVS specialty pharmacy! 1. My first order: they forget to pack applicator for my medicine! I was struggling how to use it and almost missed my time to do it! 2. My emergency order: they don’t provide same day delivery service as another pharmacy! I definitely would like to spend little more money for using another pharmacy in future!

I have been trying to get a revised dosage for one of my meds and I have been dealing with these incompetent people for a week. I have spoken to practically everyone there to get this resolved. My doctors office has even called several times. I wish I had a better way to get this medicine.

For truck drivers - delivery is back side of Larson Juhl, at the far end, near generators. Sleepers & super sleepers use caution, fire hydrants under the bushes on the hillsides. Fast unloading, may have to wait, appears to be FIFO.
