CVS

My son recently had a liver transplant. Because of insurance, he "HAS" to get his life sustaining medicine from CVS. My wife has been relentless for three weeks trying to prevent my son from running out. CVS continues to say it will be ready and give us a date, then it's not ready for one reason or another. Because of CVS Pharmacy, my son is now out of his much needed medicine. UAB filled his medicine and got to him without any problems. Even WalMart did a great job. All that on top of the poor attitude from the CVS Pharmacy employees.

I went to get a prescription filled for my child who just had surgery. I waited the 30minutes. But when I got home with the medicine it was NOT filled correctly. There was an antibiotic that was still in its powder form. They didn’t even mix it. So, I called, you have to leave a voicemail and they will call you back, I told them and was told to bring it back. But they were about to go on lunch. Ok, I asked if I would be able to get it filled asap, NOPE! Also, when you go inside and wait in line, no one acknowledges you and when they do it’s with a negative attitude.

They are slow and understaffed . They gave me the wrong medicine then told my doctor and i quote “we don’t look at that” when mentioning the most important part of the medicine instructions. OH REALLY?? so yall are okay with giving out the wrong meds ? crazyyy.

The absolute worst customer service in the area! They will text you that your prescription is ready and when you get there, you still have to wait 30 minutes. They ALL ALWAYS have attitudes; nobody ever smiles or says “hello how are you” I cannot believe CVS allows this. They allow it because I’ve called to complain many times and the staff seems to get worse. I’ve never seen a bunch of people that hate coming to work as the staff in this pharmacy. My disabled son has a few prescriptions on reorder, but I am changing to Glenn’s pharmacy as these chain pharmacies have lost their minds.

Having to wait in line for 2 hours at the pharmacy is crazy. If you know it’s going to take a minute to fill someone prescription please ask them nicely to come back line all the way out to the road. When you call the pharmacy nobody answers
