CVS Pharmacy

Every time I visit the pharmacy department at CVS, It impresses me with how kind and helpful each staff member is. They obviously had a lot of extra work since Rite Aidd closed in our community. Plus, with the added responsibility now with administration of vaccines! I give the team at CVS a huge job well done. They get the winning trophy!!

The CVS pharmacists are excellent and friendly. Do not make the mistake of calling in. Your fingers cannot do the walking. The AI messeging system is beyond annoying, beyond frustrating, it drives you to the point of using obscenities. You waste your time and have absolutely no option of talking to an operator or pharmacist. HORRIBLE!!!!

Being that it is December 24 this store was very clean and with a lot of people in the store the staff were prompt on greeting everyone and getting all of us taken care of quickly so we could get everything done elsewhere.

I'm getting contradictory messages as to whether my prescription is approved and ready or not approved. They are telling me both. When I try to call I get the runaround by a stupid computer that won't connect me to a person.

We are done trying to work with CVS. Prescriptions on "automatic renewal" are not renewed. Notifications that prescriptions are in are not sent. And this is not an isolated problem but repeated and repeated. It's not the fault of the store staff but of CVS' upper management. We are transferring our prescriptions to another vendor which, we expect, will give us the level of service due to a paying customer.
