CVS Pharmacy

It's so great to come to a place where your prescription is already for you and they also remind me of new vaccines which so far, I think already taken them all. I am reboosted ( for all of us who believe in science), like a new born baby. Plus on your way out there's always that you might need which brings me to CVS branded devices like thermometers or pressure devices, etc; they are awsome and modern designs.

People love to complain about everything reading these reviews. This CVS is perfectly fine in all aspects. Ordered photos online, went to the store when they said they were ready, was quickly helped and self checkout was a breeze. Much nicer and cleaner than the CVS’s I’m used to in Miami and a lot quieter too.

35 minutes in car lane. There were 5 car ahead of me. Everything was moving so slowly. You don’t want to be in line at a pharmacy when you are such with flu and fever.

strongly advise against getting your prescriptions from this pharmacy. The customer service, both in the store and the pharmacy, is appalling. It's clear why the staff lacks proper service skills—this starts at the top. The Store Manager and Pharmacy staff, including Julien, failed to fulfill a straightforward request, which unnecessarily took five days to complete. They consistently demonstrate an inability to follow through and do the necessary work to process prescriptions efficiently.

We have been going to this CVS on 1004 W. McNab Rd. for a few years for our vaccinations. We are very pleased with the online appt. scheduling, online check-in, and the nurses who provided our vaccinations.
