CVS Pharmacy

I don’t know her name so I apologize,but the employee with the red hair behind the counter at the pharmacy, she is so helpful anytime I come in. I really appreciate her professionalism and care when she assists. She definitely made my experience much better. I will get her name next time . But I believe she is the only one with red hair. Awesome employee

The pharmacy was great, despite being very busy I was greeted and got my prescription super fast. The cashiers at the front were super helpful and knowledgeable as well. Overall great experience.

I went shopping for Citrus Bergamot for cholesterol made by Upnourish. CVS did not have any brand of Citrus Bergamot. Maybe it will be a pull item.

Between 10 and 11 am I waited until I was first in line. Then the woman behind the counter took one man that walked down from another counter where another employee was helping him before me. I noticed some of the other women behind the counter laughing... the only thing happening was me being ignored. I get to the counter and I'm told it will be ready in 20 minutes. So I went to wait outside as, at this point I'm slightly irritated. When I got back to the counter she seemingly did any and everything except come help me. So I raised my voice and ask if I could just get my medication so I could leave. Finally I have my medicine but this needs to be addressed! I'm not a Karen but I think some people actively try to push you there. SMH I'm from Detroit I will not stand here and be abused!
