CVS Pharmacy

I went there to drop off packages for UPS pickup. Plus get a few items. Struggling to carry the packages, I couldn't see where to drop them off. No employee was visible in the store and the pharmacy was closed for lunch. After walking around, an employee came from the employee area out back, looked at me, and kept walking. I had to stop her and she said the pharmacy was closed. I had to explain to here why I was there ... "just put them on the front counter ...". The she walked out of the store while I was all but dropping the five packages. As I got up front, there were people waiting in line to be checked out ... people the employee walked right past and out the door. There was still not one employee visible anywhere in the store. So I left to make my purchase elsewhere. I have found ove

They have a lot of customers for pharmacy and they have a great team ! Clean organized store nice helpful front cashiers appreciated the staff

Always have trouble with the CVS app. It only works early in the am and very late in the pm. Agravating.

They have switched to an auto attendant where you can't speak to a person. The system did not recognize my prescription I can't ask questions. This is very wrong and should even be illegal. You should be able to speak to someone at the pharmacy. I'm going to complain to the attorney general's office. You can't let a robot be in charge of people's prescriptions. I miss walgreens.

cannot give me answers for my insurance when my insurance is telling me they are incorrect and need to call. super confusing
