ConvenientMD Urgent Care

I had an amazing experience at ConvenientMD. First, we got through registration quickly and there was a very limited wait. Then oddly enough, when we were in the waiting room my daughter choked on a snack and I yelled for help and all of the medical staff came running and assisted fast! Luckily everything turned out okay! They were so caring, remained calm and helpful. I will definitely go back!

It was a great first experience at the new Sturbridge convenient MD. The staff was welcoming & friendly, the environment was clean & professional. They answered all my questions. My son enjoyed the treasure box after his visit! I would recommend to a friend and come again. The only concern I have is that I did not receive my after visit summary via text as instructed by the provider.

Convenient MD was a great experience with easy online check in, a spacious waiting room and the PA who listened to my symptoms and fully explained my treatment. We are fortunate to have Convenient MD nearby and I highly recommend visiting them when you are not feeling well.

The staff was very friendly and attentive and made me feel extremely comfortable, especially while I was asking questions. I had a dog bite that needed stitches and Dr. Timothy made me feel so at ease throughout the procedure. He was so thorough explaining everything and his calm bedside manner helped calm my nerves. I was honestly beyond impressed with my whole experience and was so happy to have that option vs going to an ER.

I came in past 8 PM and PA Jhoan still took his time with me. I truly cannot appreciate his bedside manner enough. At one point, I even told him that the way he listens and connects with patients isn’t something they teach in school. It’s something you either have or you don’t. He is professional and genuinely cares about his patients. I would absolutely come back and hope to see him again. I’ll be coming here from now on. His discharge papers were very thorough which I appreciated.
