Always so professional and kind, everyone at Balian has worked with me around scheduling. I’ve had some difficult tooth issues over the years and Dr Balian was able to refer me to the right specialists and really oversee the whole process. He always responds quickly and makes sure I understand everything. The whole team there is wonderful.

My experience at Balian Family Dental has been extremely positive. Every member of the staff is warm and caring, and the dental professionals' work is exemplary. From the receptionists, including Nicole who handles billing, to hygienist Clarissa, to dental assistant Carly, to Dr. Balian himself, and even to the automated system that reminds us of appointments, I never have felt so welcome and so valued as a patient at any other practice. Nor have I ever been more pleased with the results as those I have received at Balian Family Dental in Auburn. Every aspect of my experience there has been first class.

The office is clean and updated, the dental assistant, Karissa, was thorough and gentle, all questions were answered to my satisfaction; Dr Balian was fabulous to work with…. Setting up a treatment plan that feels extremely comfortable for me. This was my first experience with Dr Balian’s dental practice…. I was/am thrilled and highly recommend this office.

First time at this dentist. I was referred by my cousin. She was correct. Everyone was so nice. Honest about the cost of what needed to be done along with another option. They all made my 85 year old mom feel very comfortable.

Carrisa is always on point, friendly and gives exceptional care and customer service. The front desk young ladies are very nice and welcoming. The office is always spotless clean and has an inviting decor.
