CVS Pharmacy

I am immensely grateful for this pharmacy. They answer messages very quickly and help me special order a medication no one in this area carries. I needed to fill a medication during a busy period right before Christmas and I had to use a manufacturer coupon in the transaction. The person helping me was calm, patient, kind, and competent as she helped me. Everyone I've spoken to at this location is. I really cannot say enough kind words about this staff.

DO NOT GO TO THIS CVS! (Originally gave 2 stars but now it’s 0 stars because this has gotten ridiculous) If you have any procedure or urgent medication needs. They will be out of stock and wait to tell you 3 hours after it’s been ordered and you have probably left the hospital already or they will mark as ready and then turn around and say it’s out of stock. Just had a knee surgery and they don’t have my medication and can’t transfer it. Meanwhile, I am groggy from anesthesia trying to get ahold of my surgeon who is probably in the OR with another patient trying to get him to reorder at a different pharmacy. This CVS always has something going on that prevents me from getting my medication on time. Today I went in during my lunch break for them to say their entire system is down and

I was told they didn't have an ointment that my son really needed for his eczema But when I called my doctor and they called the pharmacy they were told they have it but didn't want to do the work of giving two tubes with the exact measurements. I could tell looking at the employees faces something was up. Bad customer service and lazy employees. So sad that they don't care about the customer needs.

Excellent customer service and fast refills. Best pharmacy I have been to and I am old!

Great customer service. This is by far the better cvs pharmacy among the ones in the area. My prescriptions are filled within the hour after dropping them off.
