CVS Pharmacy

Great store with wonderful staff who treat you like you're friends and family. Mary in the pharmacy is phenomenal. She is always so helpful and friendly. I look forward to going there just to see her because she greets me by name and with a smile, so uncommon these days with an overly entitled generation of workforce. I hope she never leaves.

Employees were very helpful, but upon entering, I greeted the security guard in the front of the store, and his unwillingness to respond verbal or physically in combination with his very dark sunglasses indoors created an uninviting environment that I've never experienced before at other CVS locations. This in turn made me less likely to recommend this location to a family member or friend, I will likely choose the Walgreens nearby as an alternative.

Ever since I was 18 years old I have been getting my medication from CVS. I wouldn't change to no other pharmacy. I really like the CVS on Belmont Ave in Springfield they are friendly, helpful, respectful and the location is always clean and organized.

I was completely not happy when I walk out of cvs today I tried to use my points when I got to the register the cashier tells me I have no points I have the app on my phone so I know what I have she gave such a attitude and that not good service I feel if you don't like your job maybe you should not be there and this is not the first time either completely disappointed with the service I got today

The Pharmacist helped me today, what a very nice guy. He went out of his way to help me. I really appreciate it!
