CVS Pharmacy Specialty Services

Their customer service over the phone is one of the worst I have ever encountered. Yesterday I called to request a refill. I told the rep the date of birth and she literally asked me back “what’s the date of birth?”. I don’t know if she’s daydreaming or her is frozen due to the weather. Today I called to confirm if the medication is ready. Spoke to a lady called Cassandra and she put me on hold forever, so I decided to call again and unfortunately it was her again. Not only she did not apologize to me but she blamed me for being impatient with her. Ridiculous! Very bad attitude.

Worst pharmacy for any kind of fertility medications. Their prices are outrageous and out of this world, exorbitantly high compared to any pharmacy, not just in USA, but globally !! Either its the pharmacy or CVS Caremark insurance (under the parent org of CVS again !), which makes fertility medications here, out of reach for most folks. Its a shame that one of the biggest pharmacies/ insurance has unbelievable prices, whereas the same medications cost 50% the price out-of-pocket. I hope someday, someone sues them for the biggest scam out there in the name of fertility medications.

I walked into CVS & it felt like home. Very warm greeting & the sales representative escorted me to my items with no problem at all.. I guess you can't always judge a book by it's cover!!! 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

Order my medication to be delivered for 2/13/26 go on to check my tracking on it and it was canceled without being notified. It was canceled on 2/11/26 and my skin depends on this medication. So I called to see what had happen and was told that it has to go threw another pharmacy. Which I was never notified about and its Friday afternoon.

Mayo ordered my ALS meds over three weeks ago and these idiots keep coming up with excuses as to why they can’t deliver my prescription. Worst place in the world to get meds from. Avoid at all costs. Get your meds elsewhere.
