HEALTH RISK - avoid using this pharmacy for essential medication. They routinely short us on the dosage and it can take two or more weeks for the medication to arrive ... and since they won't let you order refills until you have only a few days supply left, you're guaranteed to run out of medication. If you have necessary medication and you can't miss doses, using CVS specialty could put your health and life at risk.
Another year, another lost prescription! How does one receive a call from CVS telling me the script is on the way when nothing is in the system apparently? So the life saging drug i need is missing as I suffer. If I could sue I would. Everything in this country is jacked up
Absolutely refuse to ship the life extending meds I need that are covered by my insurance. The most under qualified staff I’ve ever spoke with on the phone. Avoid at all costs! Walgreens sent the meds without issue.
If I could leave 0 I would. Called to fill a prescription and they said “we don’t do women’s health”. Such a horrible sentence that is so vague and sounds like they’re not interested in helping women. The man who answered was short, rude, and seemed annoyed at all that I would call asking about my prescription. The first thing he asked was “is it birth control” when I said I was checking on a prescription. What a weird question to ask because a woman called. No it’s not. Not even close. I’ll be avoiding all CVS locations in the future.
I have been working with CVS specialty for 2 weeks. Another delay. I should have had this last week but they couldn't figure out what the copay was and wouldn't ship if I didn't pay it. I went online to pay and was told the amount was 0 and that it was to arrive last Wednesday. Now I have paid 1999.94 and the drug is delayed until tomorrow. We'll see. Meanwhile cancer doesn't stop for customer service errors.
