CVS Pharmacy

At the CVS in Solana Beach on the highway 101 far surpasses all other CVS‘s in the area in terms of their pharmacist, tech staff, service delivery and cleanliness of the entire store. I live in Encinitas and I could go to several different CVS, but I choose to go to the one on the 101 in Solana Beach.

Hi. Cody, the lead pharmacy tech at the Solana beach store No. # 3951 was just amazing today. He spent 45 minutes working on my prescription with the drug rep to reduce the cost if possible. He went so far beyond what most employees would do and I so appreciate the effort he put in. He should be commended for his concern and ability to help the customer. I can’t say enough good things. I was not feeling well and he certainly made the experience much easier.

I got myself into a bind by failing to understand how hard it would be to transfer a prescription after my insurance changed at the beginning of the year. It became clear that I’d run out before I could get a new prescription filled by my new mail order provider in the usual way. Luckily, my local pharmacist made the extra effort to help me get a small supply to tide me over until the new prescription could be filled. I really appreciate her friendly and efficient support!

Great personal experience. The pharmacy employees take great care of me. Very personable not normal for a large company. Feels like my neighborhood pharmacy! Very professional yet still personable.
