I’ve been a patient of Dr. Palm for over seven years, and I can confidently say she is an exceptional cosmetic surgeon and injector. I’ve had both laser treatments and injectables done at her practice, and the results have always been incredibly natural and beautifully tailored to me. She has a true eye for detail and takes a thoughtful, conservative approach that enhances without ever looking overdone. Her entire team is just as impressive—friendly, professional, and genuinely accommodating. Every visit feels comfortable, efficient, and welcoming. I can’t love this place more. I’ve been coming here for at least seven years and each time I’ve had a really good experience. Dr. Melanie Palm is extremely professional and she is very knowledgeable. She stays up-to-date on new treatments. She is considered an expert in her field. The office is very clean and well run. It’s efficient and the staff are all very kind and patient. I highly recommend this office for any things skin care related. I’m a local doctor and I send my patients here for any dermatology concerns or anti-aging treatments.

I can’t say enough positive things about this clinic. From its tasteful decoration to its friendly, knowledgeable staff, Art of Skin is a wonderful experience. I have been going here for the 7 years to get my skin treatments dine even though I live in LA! It’s worth the long drive and the traffic and would not want to go anywhere else. I go there specifically to be seen by April, she takes wonderful care of me, she is fun to talk to, and tailors each experience personally to my current needs as they change over time.

This is hands down the best dermatology center I have ever been to. I regularly see April, who is the PA for Dr. Melanie Palm. She is AMAZING and has been instrumental in transforming my skin over the past 6 months. She always takes the time to explain every little thing and goes above and beyond to make sure your skin looks luminous. She will diagnose your skin needs and make sure you have a full skin care regimen by the time you leave your appointment. I have recommended her to so many of my friends and the feedback is all the same. She has a gift and I am so glad I have found her.

As a fellow dermatologist, it’s hard to impress me. But Dr Melanie Palm is top notch! Her esthetic and injection techniques are nationally recognized. She is so skilled, so lovely, and absolutely the best cosmetic dermatologist. Grateful to call her my colleague and friend. It takes a lot to wake me up at 5:45am on vacation, but I did, to sneak in a before clinic hours appointment. With busy motherhood and being a practice owner myself, it’s a real treat to carve out time for my own filler treatment. Despite many injections, I had no bruising and it was pain free.
