CVS Pharmacy

Honestly never had this problem before, waited at the drive through window for about 5 to 10 minutes. While 5 people were standing around at the pharmacy, I could see 2 of them eating food. They were super friendly but after we got our prescription, the line was 5 to 6 cars long.

I recently visited this pharmacy to fill a prescription and had a very frustrating experience. My insurance required a review for approval, which is understandable, but when I offered to pay out-of-pocket to avoid the delay, I was told they still needed to go through insurance first. This makes absolutely no sense, as I was willing to cover the cost myself. The whole process was confusing and inefficient. I left without my medication and with no clear resolution. Would not recommend if you're looking for a pharmacy that values your time and offers practical solutions.

I switched to CVS Pharmacy after the Walgreens in Chambersburg closed down I followed the pharmacist Richard and one of the pharmacist technicians, Hero. We have known them since 2018 and I absolutely love the service but we get their versus other pharmacies in Chambersburg such as Rite Aid which is where they sent all of our prescriptions once Walgreen's closed and their service is horrible, so once I found out where some of the Walgreens staff went, my husband and I followed. I appreciate how they treat you like humans and are nice and respectful of their patients.

Negative 5 stars is actual rating. Recently moved near this pharmacy and tried to get all prescription transfered here. Took five days for them to attempt the transfer and not all transfered. Called and they said next day. Still not complete. Attempted online transfer and it said there were issues and needed to come to pharmacy. Went to pharmacy and spoked on pharmacist on duty took all informationon on Saturday 6/18 said would call and take care of needed medication. On Tuesday 6/21 ran out of medicine without any follow-up from CVS called and spoked to chelsea who kept putting blame on me or transferring pharmacy. Tried to explain she was not listening asked for pharmacist and she told me to say please. I stated will be right there. As I asked for pharmacist and while talking to pharmaci
