I went to the CVS at the Golden Horseshoe in Scarsdale, straight from the pediatrician office to pick up my 12 year old son’s prescription for antibiotics. He had just been diagnosed with pneumonia. I got to the pharmacy counter and I gave my son’s name. The cashier went to get the prescription and cashed me out. She handed me a brown paper bag with the prescription label on it. She didn’t say to wait for them to mix the medicine, I assumed the prescription was in the bag so I left. When I got home I opened the bag and it was empty. I turned around and went right back but they had already closed. The pharmacy did called ONE TIME when they realized their mistake, at 6:57pm, 3 minutes before closing and left a voicemail. Mr. Wayne at the check out counter was very professional, pleasant and helpful. This is not the first encounter with him. He has a been an asset to the company. An employee who definitely make people to keep coming back to the store.

Always a long line due to CVS making the pharmacist work meds and help people. Even the people will steal you to self checkout. I don't work for CVS I would like to walk in and have someone check me out. Not wait online for a self checkout. They need more employees not less.

Somehow this location has removed its prior reviews, many of which were negative. That alone seems fishy. Mine was removed so I’ll write it again. I find this store far over priced. The mark ups are outlandish and the pharmacy is very dysfunctional. It is a multi-day mission to get a prescription filled here. I try to a avoid this location at all costs.
