CVS Pharmacy

I give Sayre, PA CVS Pharmacy one star since it's not possible to give zero stars. I don't know what happened, but years ago this was a great place to get prescriptions filled. Not so, now. In order to pick up a prescription inside the store, customers now have to touch a filthy kiosk screen that who knows how many other customers have touched before you. Didn't we go through a world wide pandemic in which people were not to share touched surfaces? There is absolutely no cleaning of these kiosk screens in between customers. This is so unsanitary; who knows what illness someone picking up a prescription has. The employees of Sayre, PA CVS Pharmacy act like customers are a burden. There is no level of any type of assistance for the pharmacy customers. Once inside the store there is no option

When you have been trying to get answers from the transfer issues from rite aide to cvs and the employee hangs up on you with out giving you any answers other than if you don't like what I say then go to Walmart. I keep getting texts saying my meds were transferred to the Towanda Cvs. When I ask why I keep getting this text, I just get blown off, but there is no answer at all why. With my meds and medical issues, this is the last thing I need. Why can't these employees be kind. 3 calls and 1 time in the Sayre CVS, and still no help at all.

They are trying - only show in town now so hopefully they will start to pay better and hire more employees.
