CVS Pharmacy

Staff was pleasant, very helpful. Able to fix another pharmacies mishap. I'm very satisfied with the help I received this evening & will continue doing business with them! Thank u CVS pharmacy, Target in San Dimas.

Nothing good. Their virtual assistant is useless. My friend is in surgery I'm trying to confirm a prescription I can't get past all their security smokescreens to just check if his prescription is ready. They will only send information to his phone and he is sedated right now. What a mess!

I’ve been getting my Rx here for years. The staff has always been friendly- never rude. I’ve never had any issues getting my medication. I feel bad for the negative reviews. The people have to go to lunch. They have this clearly posted.

Its’s clear that customer service is not a priority for CVS, which likely explains the consistently low ratings (just 2.8 stars). I arrived shortly before 7 PM to pick up a prescription and was told to wait in line. Moments later, I was informed they were actually closed. While I waited, I could hear staff casually chatting—using inappropriate language, including profanity. This was not only unprofessional but also incredibly frustrating. It’s disappointing to see such disregard for patients’ time and basic courtesy. The name of the pharmacist is Jessica
