CVS Pharmacy

At least one pharmacist is very intrusive about prescriptions. He also tried to deny me prescription from my doctor because I needed to pick it up 2 days early. (Day 29 of a 30 day prescription). It was a schedule IV and I have since learned that no state or federal rules prevent picking it up. My doctor even wrote a note instructing it to be fulled on that day because he was aware that CVS has a bad reputation. Even with explicit instructions allowing it to be picked up and no laws prohibiting it, the pharmacist still tried to deny it. He tried framing it as an insurance issue, but when I checked with my insurance, I found out this was false. When my husband called the next morning (the day we were leaving on a trip) the pharmacist asked him where we were going because he had to "document

Terrible service and incredibly expensive. The prices are just plain ridiculous at this point. $9.49 for a box of cereal is crazy. The actual pharmacy is so beat down and on need of a refresh. The pen I used to sign for my purchase was a broken metal stick, the plastic on it for it had broken completely off and no one bothered to change it for weeks now. It is sad but the condition is the same as the service you receive. Outdated and terrible. Choose literally anywhere else and for products go to Busch's behind it for half the price and twice the selection.

Website recommended seniors receive Moderna Covid vaccine vs Pfizer. Three closest town CVS stores only offered Pfizer. Had to drive 45 min (to Saline) to get Moderna. Other than that—Saline pharmacy staff upbeat, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Quite enjoyable experience!

Ridiculous to close so early. Plus they have shorted my prescriptions before. Even putting HALF of a adderall tablet so I was short 3.5 tablets. How is that possible? After over 20 years going here, it might be time to go elsewhere

The pharmacy technician that helped me is extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and always resolves any issue. I happily sigh when I see him as my tech. He should be the person who trains all others. I hope that the company realizes his worth to them.
