This CVS Pharmacy is FABULOUS!! The staff are helpful in the Pharmacy, make transferring Rx's easy & are knowledgeable. Every stop in, with few exceptions, are positive & pleasant.
My CVS Pharmacy is top tier excellent. They always greet me with a smile of not by name , they are always polite and friendly. They always make sure that well taken care of. The Store (retail) side is always clean and stocked well and the sale prices are great , I’m also a CVS xtra care member and I really save with all the xtra bucks and promotions that are sent to me .. My CVS is the best!!!’
I just became a member to CVS and its different than Walgreen. The pharmacy follow thru on things they said they would do.
Clean store. Most clerks are clueless as to where things are. The pharmacy is slow and doesn't keep up with inventory. Ever single time I need my diabetic shots....I must call at least 1 week in advance for it to be ordered. My prescription has not changed. The pharmacy needs to have rotating meal breaks instead of closing the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is often late returning back onto their shift. The best staff there is Ms. Kathy Adcock. I've known her for years prior to her working at CVS. Fabulous worker and person.
Cannot call pharmacy with question without jumping through hoops. Broken voice system. Very painful to use
