CVS Pharmacy

I have never in my life had as many problems with any other pharmacy than this CVS location. The women that work her are beyond rude!!! Every time I had to pick up a medication here there was always something wrong. Needed a prior authorization, didn’t run it through the correct insurance, and always being out of stock?! I switched to OSF pharmacy and the first time I picked up the same Rx that was through CVS, I had ZERO problems. The staff was extremely nice at OSF pharmacy, and you could actually talk to someone rather than leaving a VM. Look elsewhere for a pharmacy. My family and I will not be returning.

Depends who's working the pharmacy. I dont care much for cvs and now they dont answer the phone. I have to because of our insurance. Had problems at different locations. One pharmacist told me she wouldnt fill my Rx because she didnt think i needed. I never met her and she knew nothing of me. I think my specialist knows better. They keep saying haveto order, not enough even though I've been on same Rx for years, same every month. They also give a problem filling them. Actually lied to me many times about things. Stick up for yourself!

Pulled up to the drive up right after the customer ahead of me received his product. As I pulled up the lady at the window said "we are at lunch" in a rather rude and short manner then turned and walked away. There wasn't any kind of "I'm sorry but"... or apology at all. Now the reason I write this review is because this isn't the 1st time that I've dealt with a rude and short employee at this pharmacy. CVS really needs to work on teaching their employees some people skills. Again, while I thought she could have taken 2 minutes to get my prescription, I'm not disappointed about them going on lunch but rather the manner in which this lady addressed me.

Horrible HORRIBLE customer service. My Dr sent a script in yesterday and it still wasn't showing up when I looked online so I called and the woman that answered was about as rude as someone could get. My script is out of stock everywhere and has been for a while meaning I have gone without for several days now, yet I was super kind to her but she immediately interrupted me in the middle of my question in the meanest tone you can imagine and then it was like I was inconveniencing her for having my script sent to her pharmacy. Not my fault it's out of stock and I was as kind as can be to her (mainly because after her rudeness I don't trust her to actually fill my script when it comes in stock or not cause problems for me). It's terrible when your health is in people's hands like hers.
