CVS Pharmacy

I’m not the type of person who usually takes surveys. I simply don’t have the time, as I’m a very busy person. However, I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the outstanding professionalism and work ethic I experienced at your pharmacy today. I may not often fill out surveys, but I do believe in giving credit where it’s due. The pharmacist, Manisha, along with Latoya and Natalia, went above and beyond to assist me. From the moment I walked up, they acknowledged me right away and assured me they’d be right with me, which speaks volumes about their attentiveness and respect for customers. This Pharmacy has the best customer service I’ve experienced. Natalie was extremely helpful, although the pharmacy was very busy, she took the time to help me and transferred the prescription to this pharmacy. The staff is extremely friendly and definitely understand the customer needs. Thank you!!!

The pharmacy staff here consistently comes across as dismissive and unprofessional. The tone seems to stem from the top, as the pharmacist is often condescending, and that attitude carries over to the techs. The location itself feels neglected and outdated, as if the company hasn’t invested in it for quite some time. Overall, the experience is uncomfortable and far below what you’d expect from a well-run pharmacy.

I ordered an item to be picked up from the store, and upon tracking the package, it said it was delivered on 10/01/25.. I arrived at the store today 10/02/25 to pick it up and the cashier in the front by the name JASMIZ.S asked for documents to identify my package then claimed my package didn't arrive upon checking. I informed her that the tracking said the package was delivered. She also claimed that sometimes UPS tracking says delivered when it really hasn't been delivered. I noticed the UPS mailman was there and advised me that he delivered on 10/01/25.... I went back to ask the cashier to double check and she began to have a nasty, rude, attitude and yelling at me as if I was annoying her with my requests because she failed to pay attention on the packaging details to see my name. This CVS has the best pharmacy staff ever. They know each one of my children by name and they have always made sure get our medications even if they have to send us to another store. I appreciate them and the store manager is my favorite as well. Store is clean and always neat.
