CVS Pharmacy

Not even one star. Sad when you can’t even get a phone call back, to having to drive back and forth just to see if it’s ready to the see how much it cost and meds back on the shelf because you can’t pick them up right away because they cost so much money come back two days later they’re put back on the shelf 117 and told they are taking lunch come back and it’s not filled so then you have to drive back home back to the store and they’re still not filled so you have to wait 15 to 30 minutes which it end up turning into over an hour waiting . The communication at this store SUCKS! Driving 6 miles back and forth isn’t cheap. Seems it’s just a pay check to these people in pharmacy and care less about anything else! Need people to care about their customers concerned and want to help them more

There was a political issue originally & finally pharmacy personnel were allowed to dispense Covid vaccine shots. The staff, Linette & Ellie were great. They made getting the shots a pleasant experience. Thank you ladies.

The four times I have been in this store, it's always some weird fiasco or unnecessary problem if the place were managed correctly. Usually there's always some problem with their credit card machine, but today I went in to get something to drink and they had a sign by Pepsi for buy one get one 50%. No mention of you have to be on their stupid special club. No one is at the counter, no help anywhere to be seen, I have to check myself out. You think at these prices I wouldn't have to work for my supper, instead I am working for theirs. I ring them up and no discount. Now people are behind me, no one to help. A few minutes later an employee shows up and says I need to be a member. WHY?!! WHY?! Just give me the dang discount as advertised. Does the machine let me join the club? Nooo

I went shopping for my CVS OTC and it wasn't very happy with no labels showing that it was an OTC item a lot of work

The tech at the drive up window was VERY RUDE, scolded me for not telling her about the 2nd pickup-She did not give me time since she misspelled my name and DOB. Not even a thank you or Merry Christmas-My partner and I don't need to deal with people like this. I have supported this CVS for 6 years, maybe not any longer-PS-Didn't get my change, either-TERRIBLE SERVICE-did not ask if I had any questions
