If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Very rude. Always rude. Always with attitude. Has occasions when pills were miscounted. Once they even gave me someone else’s meds. Please always check. Hours suck! Hours suck. I switched to ShopRite in orange on bull hill lane. I’m not advertising here. So much better. What a difference! No waiting on n line. Came there few times after urgent care and got the meds fillied in 5-10 minutes. Did not even finish shopping! I truly hate this CVS. I will never go back there for anything although I’m walking distance.
Pretty good costumer service and inventory. The bathroom is always gross so avoid if you can.
I have been a customer of the Orange CVS for over 20 years. The staff always provide excellent service. They are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and efficient. I would highly recommend this location.
This place is really not good and their automated prescription system is terrible. I wish there were alternatives in the area.
Had to wait over 1/2 hour to get to pickup my medicine. This is unacceptable and they need more help. Workers are overworked!
