CVS Pharmacy

I would like to formally file a complaint about an unprofessional and disrespectful experience I had at the Orange City CVS Pharmacy during a recent visit to pick up a prescription. Without my knowledge, my prescription was processed using my new insurance instead of the SingleCare savings card that I normally use and have on file. When I informed the pharmacy technician, Jessmarie, that I wanted to switch back to using my savings card, she told me that I would need to come inside the store to make that change. I explained that I could provide the savings card information at the drive-through, but she refused to assist me. I then requested to speak with a manager. Best CVS that I have been in. Everyone in all departments is always very helpful. We used to use the store on 1st street in Sanford. There is no comparison and I hope upper management is aware of this and will do something about it.

I just changed to CVS from Florida healthcare due to change an insurance I could not have asked for a nicer staff PHARMACY. People were wonderful. Very accommodating. Got my prescriptions transferred without a hitch. I’ve shopped there for other things other than PHARMACY and they’ve always been very polite and nice

Went to this pharmacy and the customer service was excellent. The young lady that helped me get my medication was really helpful.

Carlos and Store Manager Milly were exceptional with customer service. I came in and needed help with a prior transaction placed at the store, and they were very patient and kind with assisting me. Highly recommended!
