CVS Pharmacy

Some of the staff are nice, its a crap shoot. One has to hope they get your prescription filled quickly. Sometimes you can appeal to the pharmacist on duty. But, they always appear overworked and resigned to the work load. Some of them doing the best they can. I had to have an emergency prescription filled for pnuemonia and knew CVS would not be able to get it filled quickly so paid out of pocket at a pharmacy that I know could turn it around quickly.

Worst pharmacy that i have ever used. There is no way for a patient to call and speak to a human. The black female pharmacist is rude, cold and promises callbacks but does not deliver. Her customer service skills are atrocious. There are superior options on every corner. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else. You will regret stepping into this store.

Staff is really nice. I had a problem trying to work on the computer that allows you to make coffee mugs and pictures from my phone. One of the staff there helped me out. Really nice person.

This has to be the best CVS pharmacy in Little Rock. They lady on the phone was nice enough to help find coupons to reduce my prescription price. Not only that, she also had my prescription finished within an hour. Once I pulled up, it got even better. The gentleman was very kind, professional, and gave me two dogs treats. Hands down the best pharmacy experience I have had on my life.

The pharmacy people are great individually, but they’re never staffed well enough to keep the lines short. It’s not uncommon to see the shutters closed early inside the store so they can focus on drive-thru, with 6+ cars waiting in line. When I walk past Kroger pharmacies, they have like 6+ people working. Seems like some corporate staffing policy is keeping the place from thriving. I’d stay away.
