CVS Pharmacy

This will be my last trip to this pharmacy and by other reviews I'm not alone ... rude and unprofessional ..picking up an rx should not be difficult but usually is. No wonder there is a different person behind the counter every time you walk in there

This is for the pharmacy. This pharmacy is half a mile from my house so I would like to use it and I shouldn't have to walk further away to Walgreens just to get good customer service. Though the people behind the counter are generally fairly nice when speaking to us face to face, their ability to actually fill prescriptions in a timely manner basically makes the purpose of the business moot. Without exaggeration, 9 times out of 10 when I show up to pick up my prescription, it's not ready, even though I have been told it's ready, I've received a notification that it's ready, giving them 5 hours longer than I was told I needed to give them and then half the time they don't find my information when I'm talking to them and then I have to argue with them for 20 minutes over the counter and th

This has been my pharmacy for 20+ years. Despite the high staff turnover, the quality of service remains adequate.

the cvs store at 5095 peachtree parkway has become a crap hole. their automated system is crap and you cannot get thru to a human to find out the status of a screwed up prescription. I recommend any other cvs but this one. it has become terrible and I have been a customer since before 2000. what a joke this place has become.

CVS at 5095 Peachtree Parkway, Norcross, GA is the WORST CVS that I have ever been too. It is dirty, horribly managed, NO customer service, and the employees stood around chatting and playing on their cellphones. I will NEVER go back! The manager walked up while I was waiting on help from one of his employees, he didn't offer to help me nor dud he tell his employees to put their cell phones down and take care of their customers. Then one of the employees made fun of me when I was leaving and said thanks ha! They all laughed. They are rude, unprofessional and management sucks!!!!! Don't go here if you want a clean store, someone to help you, or customer service because there is ZERO customer service and appreciation!!!
