Absolutely the worst pharmacy experience I have evert had. There was an issue with a prescription and CVS emailed me to contact my doctor. Once the issue was resolved, I contacted the pharmacy to fill the script. The only option allowed was to leave a message. I did this twice and there was no response. I also sent a message via the online portal, again no response. Will never patronize CVS again.
Everyone in this store/pharmacy is extremely friendly and professional. The pharmacy is extremely busy, yet everyone's attitude remains very positive despite the pressure. I have the greatest respect for them.
The pharmacist worked through a billing issue and my medicine was reprocessed and ready for pick up in less than 15 minutes.
Always experience issues with the pharmacy. Don't find the self check-in user friendly. Not a customer friendly experience.
After Rite Aid closed I was worried the service would be slow at CVS... not the case. They handled the flow of customers very well and it was friendly and efficient.
