CVS Pharmacy

This CVS is a total lifesaver in the city—always has what I need for last-minute stuff (OTC meds, snacks, toiletries, beauty products), and the pharmacy fills prescriptions pretty quickly most days. The app is super useful for checking wait times or ordering ahead, and I got my flu shot here with no hassle. Staff is usually friendly and helpful. Only reason not 5 stars is the lines can get long during peak hours (classic NYC rush), but it's consistent and convenient. 4 stars—my default spot!

I’ve called this pharmacy multiple times on different days and at different times — no one ever answers. I’ve left voicemails and messages but never received a call back. I even sent messages through the CVS app, which were marked “completed” without any actual response. I contacted CVS customer relations and even they were unable to get through to this location. Is this place even still open for business? Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Unfortunately the worker with the long beard and buzz cut hair that works at the pharmacy is very rude and unprofessional. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue. It seems like he doesn’t like me but that doesn’t give him the right to treat me the way he does.

I called the pharmacy and no one picks up. Also request get marked as complete without it being completed

The AKA manager "man with his pans sagging pass his big butt cheeks, showing your oversized underpants" it does not look good! Pull your pants up! And if you are the manager? Please dress the part. CVS may not pay you as much, but gives you a title. However, dressing the part, people may respect you more as a manager. Service is ok. But, self checkout machines always malfunction, and people doesn't always want to use those stupid machines, and the lines are always long......... And this door has been AKA broken for over 3 months, why hasn't it been fixed? I think it is not broken. But, because they want people keep going through the back, because they do not have enough workers there to stay at the register at that entrance. Please FIX IT! HATE GOING TO THE SIDE, AT NIGHT.
