CVS Pharmacy

The new kiosks are absolutely horrible, I'm a middle-aged person who is extremely technical and the keyboards are absolutely horrible, it is a bad practice to have everybody touching the same screens without having anything disinfected between users, it is cold season what are you thinking? this does not streamline anything, it has my CVS account linked to the wrong person, the keyboards constantly misspell, and it makes the customer experience longing to want to go somewhere else which is exactly what I'm going to do. Best of luck management, whatever efficiency that you are boasting to get your bonus is really upsetting your clients

Absolutely furious! My doctor sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy after I requested it be sent here. I called CVS & asked that the other pharmacy be called to transfer the prescription, but asked the pharmacist to verify they had the medication I needed in stock because I NEEDED to start it ASAP. I was placed on a brief called & when the pharmacist came back she stated it was in stock & could be filled same day (it was approximately 6:30p). I was told she was calling the other pharmacy to have it transferred when we hung up. By 8p, still no text that it was ready & when calling, the recording went on a continuous hold for 9mins. I finally got logged into the app & the prescription stated “not in stock”! I made it very clear I needed this tonight & I could’ve gone ahead & filled with
