The office was clean, organized, and made my child feel comfortable right away. Dr. Timmy was absolutely the best! She was so gentle, kind, and took the time to explain everything in a way that helped my child feel relaxed and not scared. She made the whole visit fun and stress-free, which means a lot when it’s a young child’s dental appointment. I’m very grateful for the care and attention they gave us. I recently had my first visit and the staff was simply amazing!!! They were very welcoming and accommodating. I was offered a blanket, pillow and asked if I’d like headphones to watch TV. The staff also took a moment to get to know me. Stacy was so sweet and took some time to ask me about my move, and then reported it to Dr. Temi, who then asked me further about myself. This definitely helped the visit to feel less transactional and more intentional. After getting some not so great news about my teeth, Dr. Temi took the time to go over a plan and explained to me the process, from top to bottom, to help put my nerves at ease. Dr Temi and her team have raised the bar for practicing dentists. I was impressed with the warm welcome by front desk staff, and Stacy, dental tech, was phenomenal. Upon meeting Dr Temi, it all made sense why the team is class leading. Dr Temi took time out to really listen, review the X-rays, and provide her professional opinion. No pressure and straight talk about dental options and recommendations. I highly recommend this practice.
