CVS Pharmacy

Worst experience with drive thru pickup. The pharmacist was really unprofessional. She need to undergo intensive customer service training.i went thru to pickup my 15 year old kids medication and she treated me as if I am sick. He probably was getting ready for lunch but I was there before the lunch time. @CVS please retrain here and teach her some customer service

Inadequate staffing manifests with long queues throughout the day. With a hyper-marche across the road (even for CVS fans), why endure the misery watching the store manager juggle so many tasks. I avoid the pharmacy except to pickup on behalf of others. The drive-thru has unacceptable service perhaps owing to poor exception handling of business processes. The last and final attempt at getting an Rx fulfilled here occured when I was quoted $30 but I paid only $3 at a neighboring grocery. I do not fault any individual for this anomaly because that person was clearly reading from the computer terminal. Why does CVS send text messages incessantly to pickup Rx when these will not be ready for several hours?

I would give this location 0 stars if it was an option. Very unprofessional staff. The lady at the front checkout , probably didn't want to work and sounded like she was being forced to work. If you are having a bad day don't take it out on people who are paying to buy stuff from the store. You are not doing any favors to the customers by doing your JOB!

CVS is overpriced but offers frequent discounts. Received a coupon for $10 off $20 purchase as gift for getting flu shot and used it to get some needed items for less than prices elsewhere.

First time at this store and will DEFINITELY be back. All the workers were so friendly and helpful. They told me about there rewards program which got me $10 off my purchase!!! Apparently years ago I had an account, and to help serve other customers who were waiting, while helping me ... the manager came up and brought me to another register to get my account figured out so I got the discount!!! Well done guys!!! Let's give some love to all the people keeping us supplied with medical necessities!!! Thanks guys!!!
