CVS Pharmacy

So, they're trying to automate the pharmacy counter now. I went up to the counter to pick up my prescription, and the girl pointed to a screen for me to type in my name. She stood there and waited until my name popped up on her screen on the other side of the counter. How does this speed things up for anyone? Why have a sales associate just stand there staring at a screen rather than just listen for my name and then go get my prescription? Ridiculous.

I appreciate the River hwy CVS. The personnel do their best to assist all people in the same manner. Scheduling a vaccination is easy and appointments are available. Too many pharmacies in the neighborhood to choose from, to not show the customer value.

Pharmacists are always too busy. It feels like you are a nuisance when you need a little time to get info or resolve any issues. I truly do not like going to this pharmacy unless it's a quick in and out visit.

Nice service. Not the best variety

Best CVS Pharmacy I have ever been to. Moved into this are in the last 60 days and moved my prescriptions here. Each time I have been here they have helped me to make sure I was using the appropriate coupons and insurance. They saved me over $500.00 dollars last month and $200.00 dollars this month. Great staff from the counter to the pharmacists. Upper Management CVS should study this store and duplicate it.
