CVS Pharmacy

The pharmacy hours are crazy. Close completely for lunch from 1:30 to 2:00. NOW you have to sign in at a touch screen to get your prescription. The senior community is going to be thrilled.

The receptionist at the pharmacy need to have a lot of training. They are basically unfriendly and don’t seem like they’re enjoying their job. I have to say the same thing about some of the pharmacist is one that’s not friendly either she never gets off a chair to come to the booth to meet or greet you And she’s just interested in answering my questions and moving on

There is a pharmacist at CVS in Montvale on Chestnut Ridge Road that helped me with my prescription. She called me back as well as promised In my opinion she went over and above and I appreciated it very much. I hope this review is seen by her as well. My thanks to Elaine for getting this resolved! Great CVS — clean store, friendly staff, and fast pharmacy service. Always find what I need here!

Through the years, my local CVS store here in Chestnut Ridge Rd. in Montvale, NJ has been serving us - the residents. Staff of both the store and pharmacy are helpful and knowledgeable giving me personally their assistance and all the help whenever I shop or I pick-up my medications.
