CVS Pharmacy

If you plan to come here for UPS drop off, don’t do it. They’re completely lost. They don’t know when they come pick up. They have no idea what they are doing. The people in the front are completely lost. They look at you strange and kind of we should ever drop off UPS over here Makes you feel so uncomfortable

The worst CVS Experience for a package. First, an employee signed for the package they can not locate. I’ve dealt with 3 different employees, rude, and unprofessional. They are completely oblivious of packages stated they don’t track packages etc. Sent me to speak with a manager who is not on site. Brian, of CVS Suffern NY was the worse rudest one of all. UPS needs to remove this location from drop off. Horrible employees and experience.

Always a super positive experience - over the phone and in person. The best pharmacy staff ever!

The problem isn’t so much the staff, it’s that the pharmacy is woefully understaffed. Wait times are horrendous. CVS would just pay for one more person working there probably would improve the situation.

I use CVS pharmacy for a number of things including Over the Counter items, Prescriptions and Immunizaitons. The staff there is always very helpful and friendly. It is a pleasure to shop there.
