Fault advertising. Walk in clinic has no doctor on site. We got there at 935am and found out it is virtual doctor. The doctor is start at 10am. My son has a high fever. The nurse advised us to wait for the call so we can get the prescription before we head home. We waited there till 1045am still no call and no further update. I asked the nurse again. She said the doctor will call soon but not sure when. So ridiculous! We waited there for over an hour for nothing.

Today's service at Care365 was TERRRRREIBLE from the Asian provider not introducing herself to the young nasty & rude caucasian assistant with the wine colored scrub jacket, black hair in a pulled back ponytail and silver necklace should you have her at your visit you've been forewarned she was extremely rough and rude when doing my swabs & taking my vitals. These two individuals were freaking disgusting with NO patient bedside manner what so ever! I get that I wasn't feeling well & perhaps you didn't want to be exposed to germs then choose another profession...I had a mask on for my own protection and still was treated horribly. The provider was such in a rush she wanted to hear my lungs through my thick North Face fleece jacket, I am the one who asked her to wait while I took off my jack

Wasted time at American Family Care in Airmont. They made us wait an hour to tell us they had no x-ray tech and they knew it was a knee injury. NEVER heard of this. Emergency care with no x-ray tech there Went here to 365 and they were FANTASTIC! The Dr was Really good and explained everything. The women workers were Very Nice too. Would go back if I Ever need too❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’ve had a great experience with Care365. The staff is professional, caring, and really take the time to listen. Appointments are handled efficiently, and the facility is kept clean and welcoming. They go above and beyond to make sure patients feel comfortable and taken care of. One thing to note: they recently stopped taking Fidelis insurance, so make sure to double-check coverage before booking. Overall, highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable and compassionate care.
