The pharmacy used to be top notch. Unfortunately, there have been some staffing issues that has left the team overwhelmed. It definitely has hurt customer service
The young clerk took a picture on his cell phone of my Medicare card. When I asked why ...no answer. When I went to pick up my meds, I asked again and still no answer. He even asked for my Medicare card again and I said you took a picture of it, don't you still have it and he said no. Something fishy going on. Retired law enforcement. So my cop senses were going off. I don't think I will return and I will keep a very close eye on my Medicare account.
I love CVS it’s so easy to get my prescriptions and I love the drive through it’s very convenient!
The Middleburg pharmacy at CVS is very efficient. You seldom have to wait because extra people will step up to the counter if it is busy. They also look for discounts if your insurance doesn't cover a medication.
