CVS Pharmacy

If there were Olympic medals for multitasking, Amanda the Pharmacist would’ve just taken home the gold—while still holding a flu syringe in one hand and a prescription bottle in the other! My family of nine rolled in like a traveling flu-shot circus, and Amanda handled it solo with the calm efficiency of a caffeine-fueled superhero. She checked us in, prepped the shots, answered questions, ran the register, probably defused a few pharmacy emergencies, and still found time to make us laugh. Despite being the only one on duty, she had us in and out faster than it takes to find a Target parking spot on a Saturday. CVS should honestly rename this location “Amanda’s Pharmacy,” because she’s running the whole show like a pro. Would 100% get poked by her again next year!

Do not go here for vaccination. Their service is horrible and there is no waiting area. Staff is really disorganized in checking you in. Had an appointment made but left after waiting with staff no where to be found.

Tried to buy syringes for my medication/insulin and the pharmacist “LISA” wants to question me as if I’m using it for illegal purposes, if I was doing illegal drugs wouldn’t you want me to use new clean needles anyway? Since when are you questioned about over the counter products took 20 min to get some needles for insulin because Lisa assumes people are drug addicts and wants to argue with paying customers

This branch of CVS is amazing and all of the staff is phenomenal. We tried to switch to a drive through CVS maybe a year ago, and had so many issues that we immediately switched back. It’s also worth noting that Kendra is an absolute hero. Not only does she immediately recognize the regulars, she does her best in getting things ready quickly, communicating with doctors offices for refills as needed, handling stressful situations with grace (like when people try to form multiple lines or cut others, she politely but firmly points out what aisle the line is down), and she respects HIPPA and does not shout your medication names or personal info (I’ve had issues with this at other pharmacies). I have a lot of health issues that have been going on this past year and it’s been a lot to juggle.

Pharmacist associate is consistently rude. Individuals in line, different times, have discussed her attitude and lack of customer service. Looking for new pharmacy. Don’t need to be treated like I’m doing her a favor by getting my script from there. I’d avoid this pharmacy!
