CVS Pharmacy

I just change all my prescriptions to across the street. This CVS is slow, inefficient, and will lie to your face about the cash register not working when we’ve been in line for 20 min watching it being used until the person using it ran to he back because the customer they were helping said “this isn’t the right medication”. I constantly had to complain that they only gave me 15 days NOT THE 30 prescribed. Do something for yourself, go somewhere else for your meds. I’m so happy I made a change. It couldn’t possibly get worse… or could it?

All of L.A. knows this is the worst CVS pharmacy location. Corporate or management should figure out why and honestly improve it. This was once my local pharmacy and one ridiculously unnecessary experience (long 25 minutes wait in line, edging into lunch, then I got to the front and they were like: “we can’t take you now, it’s lunch”). I switched to one in Agoura instead and was traumatized by that last experience and had to pick up around lunch and we were 4 minutes over into their break and they smiled when I got to the front and said: “No worries! How can I help you?” I then told them my last experience and they agreed it wasn’t a good location. So, ya. Go anywhere else but here.

Need to keep one attendant on duty to help customers during shutdown on lunch hour. People have busy lives fand many errands, and your closing during and no attendants leaves us frustrated. I dont have any photos or videos to supply, why can I post this??

I scheduled my vaccine appt. on line. I received six different confirmations from a CVS AI. When I got to the actual CVS, on time, NO ONE AT THE DESK HAD ANY INFORMATION ABOUT MY APPOINTMENT OR my husband's appointment. None. It was as if I had never made an appointment at all. The pharmacy staff were very polite but they looked at us blank. THere was no appointment on the books. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF ALL THOSE CONFIRMATION E MAILS??? This is not the first time my interactions with this CVS have been completely insane. I will definitely find some other way to get shots in the future.

As always, the pharmacists and staff are caring and attentive, despite sometimes being quite busy. We went for a Covid 19 vaccination, found it was too early, and the pharmacist informed us that we needed shingles vaccinations. (They printed out our vaccination history). As soon as he could, which was a matter of minutes) the pharmacist actually mixed the shingles vaccines for us and gave them to us painlessly. We are grateful.
