We were having difficulty getting a prescription for my 9 month old from a Walgreens that was closed and the pharmacist (a male-can’t remember his name) at CVS called a different Walgreens pharmacy to ask them to transfer it because CVS hadn’t received the new order for the meds and knew we needed them asap. Then called to let me know the other Walgreens was going to fill it. Very appreciative of the effort for a sick baby that needed her medicine. Thank you!
Moving my Rx here from Florida. The store doesn't carry any facial tissues except Kleenex® (no Puffs®)! It's an older store, so it has a feel to it that made me think of days long gone by, like a Bodega in the 70s, or something. The pharmacy staff was extremely kind and pleasant to work with. We'll see how well they do with transferring my medications. If they don't live up to my expectations, I'll change my rating. If they do, I'll keep it the same.
Insurance companies have made this very and inconvenient. The people at the Pharmacy are nice enough, but you can tell that they are extremely overworked and there’s not enough hours in the day.
I left home this morning in enough time to stop by CVS and was there in the store for 10 minutes due to the inconvenience of the pharmacist this morning that didn't possess NOT 1 once of CUSTOMER SERVICE....... I stopped to get allergy meds and wipes. The 1st register TAP PAY with my phone wasn't working and instead of the pharmacist seeing that it was the register and not my BRAND NEW IPHONE 17 PROMAX. I had to walk all the way to my car and get my physical card only to come back and try and tap my card (didn't work), then I inserted my card (didn't work). Then he said "well we must be having system issues. Then he moves over to a new register and SUPRISE it worked!!!! After paying for my allergy meds I still had to walk to the front of the store and pay for the wipes separately whi
