CVS Pharmacy

​I have consistently had unacceptable experiences with the pharmacy at the CVS on 1119 Eastchester Dr in High Point, NC. The delays and poor service appear to be rooted in a pattern of staff negligence and an unwillingness to simply do their jobs. ​1. Critical Delay and Double Waiting Period Due to Technician's Negligence ​Initial Visit (November 12th): I brought in two critical prescriptions for my dog. The initial technician stated they were creating my dog's account for the prescriptions. I was told to wait 45 minutes. ​The Failure: I returned after the stated time, only to discover nothing was ready, and the initial technician had never set up my dog's account. Every time I go to the pharmacy, the pharmacist know me talk to me and very helpful to me.The whole staff in the pharmacy , very kind , helpful , friendly professional.

The CVS on 1119 Eastchester Drive in High Point, NC, is my pharmacy of choice. The pharmacists and other store personnel are always friendly, willing to help, and check on my well-being.

‘My’ CVS is absolutely the best! I will not shop anywhere else for needs that they have. Always friendly and helpful!!!

I arrived at the drive through pharmacy ten minutes before their posted lunch break. One car was ahead of me and none were waiting behind me. When the car ahead of me pulled away I pulled up. It was now 1:25. My prescription was already filled there and my transaction would have taken one minute of their time. I know that employees need their break times but the clerk pulled the blinds down in my face and went to lunch without acknowledging that I had pulled up. This lack of customer service is why I will not be returning. When I complained the next day the supervisor was not there and the clerk did apologize on behalf of whoever did this, but told me to try to get there earlier next time. I will not be going back.
