CVS Pharmacy

Very rude experienced at the Pharmacy. Associated yelling “You should have picked it up,” after arriving to pick up medication in front of other customers. The situation was very embarrassing. The individual’s upper team members surrounded her behavior and stated nothing to her nor corrected her behavior. I’m guessing it is acceptable to speak with someone that way. I have been battling a serious case. I was there to pick up a prescription that I was getting text messages to receive. When I arrived, I encountered that associate that was rude and unchecked. You don’t know what someone is going through and the last thing they want to do is encounter a rude employee that raises her voice instead of communicating the issue and getting me to an associate that can assist in helping me further, i

The pharmacy rarely has the medication I need in stock which is set on autofill. And if they only have half or partial quantity in stock they charge for the full prescription cost and don’t bother to fill the remaining quantity. The hateful pharmacy manager said this is CVS policy. Extremely rude employees too. When I was on hold with another pharmacy to see if they had the correct quantities in stock, she said I either pay (full price) for 40 vs 60 pills or I needed to leave because they were closing in 10 minutes. Hopefully I will never have to use this pharmacy again. To end on a positive note the store itself is always clean and the actual store manager is very nice. (Just don’t deal with the pharmacy or its manager)

If I could give one star, I would. I was in line at 7:30 with 2 cars in front of me to pick up a prescription. I got to the window right at 8pm even though the pharmacy tech could see my car he rushed to close the window and refused to give me any time or service. It was hateful and discouraging, felt like they were moving at a snails pace on purpose for people in the drive thru.

Received outstanding service in pharmacy and front store.

I visited this pharmacy to refill a prescription and pick up some medicine. The premises were clean and organized, and the checkout process was smooth. Overall, I had a positive experience and would return here for future needs.
