CareNow Urgent Care - Heath

I visited this urgent care around 7 PM today feeling quite unwell and anxious. From the front desk to the nursing staff and the attending physician, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming. Even though my blood pressure was running very high, their professional and warm demeanor made me feel safe and at ease. It’s rare to find a clinic where every single staff member is this supportive. Highly recommended!

I took my daughter into the Heath location today and we had a wonderful experience. My daughter plays soccer and over a week ago at practice another girls cleat hit my daughters big toe causing the nail to partially detach. Overtime the nail got worse with bleeding, throbbing pain, and had now lifted but still attached at the bottom and wouldn't fall off. We made an appointment for 2pm today to have it checked out and the experience for an Urgent Care far exceeded our expectations. We only waited about 15 minutes before they called us to the back and the nurse who took us back was very nice and after evaluating her toe, took us to another room for treatment. The urgent care staff and attending PA were absolutely wonderful. From the moment we arrived, they were kind, efficient, and reassuring. They quickly performed swabs for flu, COVID, and strep, explained everything clearly, and got the results back promptly. Once one of the tests came back positive, they immediately offered treatment and sent the necessary medications to a 24-hour pharmacy so we could start her meds right away. Their professionalism, compassion, and quick action made a stressful situation so much easier. We are truly grateful for the excellent care we received.

My daughter was seen there today, it is not Community Medical anymore, now it is Care Now, and never had a problem there until now. The NP that was there, Robbie Brasel, or that's who's name is on the paperwork, was rude and dismissive to my daughter who went there because she was feeling dizzy and light headed. I understand if there isn't much they could do and if she had to go to the ER, but she treated my daughter as if she were wasting her time and asked her "why would you even come here?" What the heck kind of question is that? My daughter works right down the street and was not feeling right, so she needed help and came to you, an URGENT CARE FACILITY!!
