CVS Pharmacy

AIDAN always greets incoming patrons with a smile. He is very cordial. He has helped me on several occasions to save money with my rewards. He has suggested purchases that will deem most cost effective by crosselling additional items. Keep up the good work. Great employee. I hope that he is appreciated and seen as a team player.

I’m sharing this review based on my experience at this CVS pharmacy about a month ago. I had just been discharged from the hospital and was instructed to pick up a medication for my aftercare. I informed the hospital that this CVS was my preferred pharmacy. When I arrived, I had the name of the medication from the doctor, but I didn’t realize it was available over the counter. I got to the pharmacy just as they were about to close for a break. I asked politely if I could ask a quick question, but the response I received was simply, “No.” The tone was abrupt, and there was a noticeable lack of empathy or willingness to help—not just from that individual, but from the staff in general. I have used the CVS Pharmacy in Hazlet for several years. I am always delighted to see the cheerful and helpful employees working in the Pharmacy department. I literally drive past a Walgreen to use this location because of the outstanding customer service that they provide. They are quick and efficient and do everything that they can to assist you. Norman, Gary M, and the other main pharmacist, whose name unfortunately escapes me, are absolutely wonderful. I am grateful to have such knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely cheerful employees at my local CVS. I highly recommend using this location.

Horrible experience....prescription called in 4 hours previous wasn't ever listened to and no one seemed to care especially the pharmacist
