CVS Pharmacy

This is a typical pharmacy for the area. Nothing special. Decent place. They close a few mins prior to posted closing times so arrive at least 15 mins prior to closing time even if you are just picking up. Plan on waiting in line for at least 5 to 10 mins if you go after 5pm till close. Pretty typical of any retail pharmacy... they can get busy especially in the evening.

CVS Glen Rock, NJ Sophia and Staffy our pharmacists at the Glen Rock CVS are remarkable. Despite being incredibly busy they both provide exceptional service. And they do so with grace, which is to be expected from true professionals. Most important is their leadership. I have experienced the high level of customer service they expect from each associate! Five stars for the pharmacy at CVS in Glen Rock.

I use this CVS almost exclusively for my prescriptions. Occasionally, I may find better pricing on select drugs at other Pharmacies, but most time CVS is the least expensive. However, the thing that keeps bringing me back the most, is the efficiency and service that I get from the top pharmacist, Sofia. She is the best and gets me answers expeditiously and with a smile. I think that if she left CVS I may never return.

I was glad to find out they have drug I needed available but need to wait an hour. I am back in an hour and asked to wait 10 minutes, and another 10 minutes. A hour later not ready. Then it is ready the price is not right because the insurance info doesn't go through!!!@cvs insuranse!!! Frustrated. Also the chair I sat on was most uncomfortable, leaving with backache and no medicine!@@@

Nothing! GR CVS Pharmacy is great! Sofiya the pharmacist is so nice. \nThey really extend themselves 100%.(all anyone could possibly do). \nThey checked and checked on availability of hard to fill RX, and filled it. \nKudos.
