They go above and beyond to make sure prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately! Khusboo, Lisa, Vishnu and the whole staff will always greet us with a smile and take the time to answer questions throughly. They also have great selection of health and wellness products and gifts for ANY occasion! It’s clear that they value their community and take pride in providing excellent service. With the exception of Lucia, all of the retail staff I have interacted with need to be given basic customer service training! They are chronically understaffed, and I find myself waiting for help to simply pick up my prescription. When the phone rings, the person at the register grabs the phone, making you wait for who knows how long until the phone conversation is ended........I expect more from a non-chain pharmacy......DO BETTER!!
