She loves kids, she is so sweet and gentle during shots and anything scary. She calms my baby down. Everyone is super nice in the office. I will say she’s a bit old school so no new age technology no instant text or anything like that. She will answer your calls/emails within the day during office hours, she also has an emergency number to call after hours. Regardless we love going here, she’s the best!

We’ve been seeing Dr. Halifman with both of my kids for the past 10 years. She’s always been accommodating, even with last minute appointments and wellness visits. She’s very attentive and takes the time to address any concerns thoroughly. The kids love her! An excellent doctor - highly recommended!

I’ve been bringing my children to Dr. Halifman for the past seven years. Over that time, I’ve consistently shown patience and understanding, even when I was made to wait 15 to 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment nearly every visit. I never once complained, because I respected the doctor and valued the care she provided. However, today I was running 15 minutes late due to unforeseen circumstances — juggling four children and a 40-minute drive — only to be told by the receptionist that we could not be seen. After seven years of loyalty, this felt deeply disrespectful and incredibly disappointing. We've been visiting Dr. Halifman since my youngest was around 6 months old and she is now approaching 3. The wait is never long nor is the waiting room ever crowded. The front desk staff are very warm and engaging with my children and I believe great customer service begins there. Dr. Halifman takes her time and we have never felt rushed during our appointments. It is evident she loves children by watching the way she engages. I have referred several families to her practice because of the high level of services provided and I anticipate bringing my girls to her for many years to come!

I have been with the Doctor for over ten years .There was no issues or any major concerns regarding my kids until my third child. Normally there will be only need 7 wellbeing visits and my insurance covers 7 visits, but the doctor requested one extra visit which was unnecessary and without even informing me, now it resulted a $100 bill out my pocket. Secondly, recent years the waiting time is getting longer and longer, before, she will finishing seeing one patient before she goes to the next one. Now she is going among different patients at the same time, which I don’t actually mind if we don’t have to wait that long.
