CVS Pharmacy

This is by far the best CVS pharmacy i have ever been to, and because of my medical condition, I've been to a lot. I was there picking up like ten prescriptions, and they were so professional and helpful. Then I had two prescriptions that had issues, and she went out her way to assist me in getting things straight and even called my doctor. She was the first CVS pharmacist that I was ever able to get to return my call. This will definitely be my home pharmacy now. Thanks!

Stephanie the pharmacist used to be so friendly and kind. Recently picked up an rx and had a question. Couldn’t even get my question out of finish my sentence before she spoke over me and then walked away. Never coming back to the Urbana pike location. Very disappointed. At least the person who was checking me out was friendly and after she so rudely walked away he answered my question fully. Thank you to the cashier! I thought that being a pharmacist meant helping others with medication and questions. Maybe take a second look at your job and be nice to your customers.

Came here to fill a prescription for my grandmother, who was visiting from out-of-state. The pharmacist I spoke with was helpful and professional. She helped me connect the paper prescription I gave her to my grandmother's account. The pharmacy then prepared the medicine in a timely manner.

If I could give this place more than five stars, I would. The staff are wonderful, the wait time is minimal, and the service is excellent.

This CVS has absolutely the most dedicated staff!! They have fixed so many errors, caught things, helped me so much…they really go above and beyond. ❤️ I had kind of given up on CVS but they changed my mind.
